One problem related to equipment has been reported for the 1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

1 Equipment problem

Failure Date: 07/12/2016

Federal super steel tire 657, on the right rear, blew out at 70 miles an hour on the interstate, tread came apart, causing the van to spin around twice, into the median backwards, and smashed into the guardwire and support post. Broke the rear bumper, crushed in the tailgate, broke a tail light and crushed the metal below both tail lights. My wife and daughter were in the car at the time. Tire had 30,000 miles on it, rotated as required and air pressure checked on all 4 tires in the morning of the day of the accident. Tire had only been on the car a year, but date of manufacture was 08 2004. Blacks tire sold and installed the tire, wouldn't do crap about it, charged almost full price (pro rated, they claim), and tire manufacturer won't even comment or do anything about it.
