Three problems related to front air bag have been reported for the 1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The clock spring failed, which caused the airbags to be inoperative. There was a recall issued for the clock spring, but the vehicle was outside of the remedy scope.
1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager - clockspring here has been a recall on all models from 1996 - 1998 for this problem. Am experiencing the same problem in my 1999 voyager.
Air bags deployed while driving approx. 10 - 15 mph when dip in road was driven over. No impact of any sort with anything was made. There was no damage to the vehicle, except the air bag deployment.
