Two problems related to power steering pump have been reported for the 1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Serpentine belt has jumped off tensioner 5 times in the past 3 months, all under wet conditions. Replaced power steering pump, tensioner (2x), pulley, and belt.
Power steering pump and power steering rack failed causing power steering loss. Nlm.
