Five problems related to brake disc rotor have been reported for the 1996 Plymouth Voyager. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Dealer service department stated this is normal wear cleveland area due to salt. Rotor warpage, extreme vibration and sway bar bushings failure at such low mileage represents dangerous design flaw which is impractical to compensate for with constant replacing of poorly designed and manufactured parts. Disc brake rotors failed prematurely.
Brakes when applied,grind against the rotors, but do not stop the vehicle. Dealer has been contacted.
Brakes fade when applied, also loud noise experienced. Rotors and drums have been replaced.
