One problem related to windshield wiper/washer linkages has been reported for the 1996 Plymouth Voyager. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Consumer states that windshield wiper blades and motor come on while he is driving. He cannot cut them off until he turns vehicle off. Consumer replaced this part twice.
