Consumer states while driving the vehicle consumer had a accident causing the baby car seat. To come loose do to the lap seat belt. Consumer states the baby fell to the floor. Consumer threw away car seat. Consumer says the baby was sitting in the middle row. Ts.

2 Mid/rear Seats Assembly problem

Failure Date: 04/25/2002

Cable mechanism of rear passenger seat bottom that holds integrated child safety seat broke, consumer unable to use the seat.

3 Mid/rear Seats Assembly problem

While coming to a stop vehicle it was rear ended, causing the rear seat to colapse, injuring the child with an mild concussion. Dealer has not been contacted.

4 Mid/rear Seats Assembly problem

Consumer has leg cramps due to the design of the seats in his vehicle. The seat does not come out to legs when sitting. Consumer feels like he is holding the seat up when driving. After driving 20 miles legs will cramp because there's no support underneath knees. And if he puts the back of seat up, he looses 3-to-4 inches because the back comes over the seat itself.
