8 Windshield Wiper/washer problem

My windshield wipers turn on and do not turn off despite having replaced the multifunction switch (by aaa service center upon advisement of Chrysler dealer) and replacement of wiper motor with a mopar rebuilt motor while traveling. I currently have the power disconnected to the wiper motor and reconnect when it rains or snows. The wiper blades working on the dry windshield wears them out reduces visability. Dt.
