Door Latch problems of the 1999 Plymouth Voyager

Three problems related to door latch have been reported for the 1999 Plymouth Voyager. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

1 Door Latch problem

Failure Date: 09/01/2004

Consumer has a 1999 Plymouth Voyager. When she is parked and electronically locks the doors, there is a very loud buzzing noise coming from the sliding door. This also happens every time you open and close the door. As well when driving, "door open" light comes on.

2 Door Latch problem

Failure Date: 05/01/2001

Consumer could not open back door with key. It felt like it was stock and impossible to be open.

3 Door Latch problem

Failure Date: 07/01/2000

When pressing on the brakes van would jerk back and forth. Also, back door latch is getting hard to open.
