One problem related to instrument panel has been reported for the 1999 Plymouth Voyager. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Instrument cluster not working (all gauges flatlined). Apparently this is a common problem due to poor solder on the back of the unit. This also led in the past to uncontrolled cycling of the door locks.
