Tank Assembly problems of the 1999 Plymouth Voyager

1 Tank Assembly problem

The airbag illuminated, which caused the horn and crusie control to not to work, also the fuel sensor was defective which caused the vehicle to run out of gas. Ts.

2 Tank Assembly problem

Failure Date: 09/22/2001

While driving about 55 mph ran over some small debris on road. Shortly after she smelled fuel. Pulled over, and noticed a fuel leak. Dealer was replacing ruptured fuel tank.

3 Tank Assembly problem

Failure Date: 11/01/2000

Whenever filling up gas tank gas mileage startes to deteriorate slowly. Consumer notices a drop in mileage.

4 Tank Assembly problem

While driving at 55 mph consumer noticed smoke through the rear view mirror coming from the rear of vehicle. When this occurred vehicle hesitated to accelerate. Within seconds of the consumer pulling over and existing the vehicle, it exploded. The fire inspector indicated that the cause of the fire was due to a fuel tank leak. The vehicle accelerated from 55 mph to 85 mph on its own.
