One problem related to tire tread/belt has been reported for the 1999 Plymouth Voyager. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
I bought kelly/springfield navigator gold tires p205/75r14 on 6/21/05. The belts are showing through on 2 of the tires, the 3rd tire is extremely warn and the 4th is warn all within 21,000 miles. I have noticed recalls on similar tires with the same problems, especially p205/70r14.
