The contact stated that the vehicle was taken to the dealer for routine maintenance when the mechanic advised that the hose fittings for the engine cooling system were faulty and would eventually fail. The contact was advised to have the hose fittings replaced. The vehicle was not repaired however, the contact stated that the mechanic was convinced that the component would fail. Engine coolant leaking at upper coolant console. Epoxy failed at aluminum cooling hose and cooling console connection point. At a later date, repeated failure of cooling hose connections at right front radiator.
