One problem related to transmission slip out of gear has been reported for the 2009 Porsche Boxster. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Vehicle (manual transmission) stuck in first gear while entering cross street. Very dangerous situation. I managed to avoid an accident, but it was a close call. The 6 speed manual transmission is unable to shift out of first gear.
