There is an open recall (NHTSA recall number 17v-576) for the fuel flange on my vehicle. I previously paid out of pocket for this repair and contacted both my local dealership and the corporate customer service for information about being reimbursed and was told they notify me about reimbursement. I paid $1995 and no one wants to discuss repayment with me. How do I recoup my out of pocket expense for this manufacturers defect? I have all receipts for this repair.
