The contact owns a 2015 Porsche Panamera. The contact stated that while driving at 70 mph, the vehicle shut off as several warning lights appeared on the instrument panel. A hybrid system failure park safety warning message also appeared on the instrument panel. The contact managed to maneuver the vehicle off to the shoulder of the highway. Due to the failure, the vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where the diagnostic showed that the high voltage battery had failed and needed to be replaced. The dealer and the manufacturer were both notified of the failure; the manufacturer gave him a case number. The vehicle had yet to be repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 92,000.
Blower unit recalled. Told may result in spontaneous combustion and fire when vehicle parked. Made appointment with hennessy porche atlanta for replacement. Appointment made 2 months away from call due to need by hennessy to have part available. Was called day before appointment that part not available and had to reschedule. Was told porche's calf for not sending parts. Either hennessy porche or porche at fault but my safety at risk and no resolutions made for me at this time.
