I purchased the above-referenced car in July 2020 almost immediately after purchase the indicator light came on with chasis failure and the car lowered to a safe distance to the ground. Unbeknownst to me the car had been declared unsafe to drive previously. The airbags had been deployed and placed backward the front sensors were painted over and not operable. I had to take legal action against four years later the dealer who ended up reselling the car in 2021 for more money. No reporting of these documented problems.
Vehicle has a push button to close trunk (hatch). The hatch is supposed to have a safety mechanism to prevent items from being crushed on closing. A piece of luggage was between the latch and the top of the hatch and, on closing, became wedged to the point that the only way to open the hatch was to cut through the car from the inside (rear seats fall down) to access the latch mechanism. If a the hatch does not automatically retract with a luggage strap (what else does one must often put in the trunk of a car other than luggage), seems likely that the hand of a small child could likewise be crushed by the automatic latching mechanism.
