Tl-the contact owns a 2008 SAAB 9-3. The contact stated that after the vehicle was started, the steering wheel lock warning light illuminated and the doors of the vehicle failed to lock. The contact mentioned that on another occasion, the ignition key failed to go into the on position . A tow truck operator informed that the vehicle could not be moved because the wheels was locked. The vehicle was restarted however, the contact stated that failure re occurred intermittently. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
