: the contact stated while stopped at a yield attempting to turn left the vehicle was hit in the rear by another vehicle traveling 30mph. Seat belts were in use; however injuries were sustained to the head, upper back and knee. The contact believes the back and head injuries were sustained due to the head rest being too hard. No police reports were filed. The vehicle was driven away from the crash scene.
