The vehicle starts to jump and stop and shake on turns and while backing up. If turning into a side street this problem can cause a crash I hope my family does not have. This problem is known and talked about on line by people who own this vehicle. The repairs are expensive. This defect must be addressed by the manufacture before people get hurt or worse.

Tl- the contact owns a 2009 SAAB 9-7x. The contact stated that while driving 70 mph, the transmission engaged into neutral independently. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection and they stated that the software needed to be updated. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified but provided no assistance. When driving the car, at about 50 mph it will begin to feel like the wheels are cutting loose, like you are on gravel. It has also begun to make a howling noise that seems to be coming from the wheels? nobody seems to really be able to pinpoint the problem. We have thought maybe it had to do with traction control. It sent my husband into the ditch though. We're lucky it didn't send him into traffic!.
