One problem related to ignition module has been reported for the 2001 SAAB 952. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While on the highway at 45 mph vehicle suddenly stoppped. Vehicle was towed, and the ignition module was found to be defective, and was replaced. Vehicle did not actually stall, but rather sputtered like it was running out of gas and would not accelerate past 35 mph (per consumer call 8/15/05 - c. Rose).
