One problem related to front seat belt has been reported for the 2003 Saturn ION. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Drove to work; used seatbelt guide; got back in car to go home guide not there. Seat belt guide attached to headrest cracked and broke off; cannot reach to where seatbelt attached to car frame. Car dealership extended warranty will not cover replacement.
