One problem related to steering knuckle spindle has been reported for the 2003 Saturn ION. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving , the steering knuckle sheared off. Dealer notified. Please provide additional information. Dealer repaired at no cost. Replaced right front knuckled and associated suspension parts. Front right wheel,tire, spoiler and under skirting. Saturn's engineer's of detroit sent the entire right front damaged parts for investigation. Consumer had not heard anything from them.
