One problem related to clutch has been reported for the 2004 Saturn ION. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
It is becoming apparent that the clutch master cylinder on the 2. 2l and 2. 4l Saturn Ion is defective. There have been many complaints about this on multiple forums across the internet. I personally have had mine replaced once and it needs replaced again. My fear is that I will be driving and that it will go out completely and not allow me to shift, possibly causing an accident.
