Two problems related to horn assembly have been reported for the 1997 Saturn SC1. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Vehicle stalls when downshifting. Also, there is no horn, and headlights will not come on .
When consumer pushes horn button (s) there is no sound. Dealership is aware of problem.
