Windshield problem #1

In winter front windshield and front window glasses will freeze, and will not get clear, even when using heater. Dealer had been contacted, but had no resolution to problem.

Side/rear Glass problem #2

The rear window needs a wiper installed, that is not currently a option. It is impossible to see out it with even the smallest amount of rain or snow.
