One problem related to front seat belt buckle assembly has been reported for the 1998 Saturn SC2. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving vehicle, seat belt automatically disengages by itself, it does not stay locked while driving. Consumer stated the problem gets worse when the weather is cold, the belt would disengage when stopping or slowing down.
