Two problems related to front seat recliner have been reported for the 1999 Saturn SC2. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
I was rear-ended at 65mph on 12-19. My seat back completely reclined and pinned my 9 year old son. He was unconcious for several seconds and suffered a concussion and neck pain. I suffered neck and back injuries.
Driver's seat completely reclined during rear end collision, resulting in neck and back injuries.
