One problem related to rear seat belt has been reported for the 1998 Saturn SL. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Rear lap belt does not lock, when placing a car seat it causes seat not to be properly installed and moves frequently. Saturn said lap belt needed to be replaced. It was a common problem. Please provide further information.
