Two problems related to seat belt have been reported for the 1999 Saturn SL. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The driver side seat belt don't stay fasten. This results in driver not being secured in the seat if vehicle is in an accident. The dealership is not fixing the problem, cause they can't duplicate. The problem has worsen as time goes on. Please provide more details. Ts.
The driver's/passenger's seat belts would flip over when retracting. Would jam in top guide. This causes the belts to get caught in the door frame. The belts would also be twisted when retracting out to be used. Poor design. A continuous problem. Contacted manufacturer who has no corrective solution to problem.
