One problem related to windshield wiper/washer has been reported for the 1999 Saturn SL. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Over the last few years the driver side windshield wiper has come loose several times. Saturn dealer has retightened it. I have retightened it. Dealer has retightened it again. I have retightened it again. Dealer has never offered or suggested an actual repair to stop these repeated loosening of the windshield wiper.
