While driving in cold weather at any speed the vehicle accelerateed without warning. As a result, the consumer had to shut off the vehicle. Please provide additional information.

Accelerator Stuck problem #2

Consumer was pulling out of parking space in reverse when accelerator pedal became stuck and reversed at a high rate of speed, causing consumer to hit a tree in parking lot. Cause was unknown.
