Windshield Problems of Saturn SL1

Vehicles taken to dealership to have windows tinted. Consumer picks up vehicle and notice numerous bubbles on the glass. Dealership advised bubbles would go away, however bubbles got worse. Dealership replaced tint on both driver side and passenger side window.

Tire- driving 70 mph on interstate and tire burst for no apparent reason, nothing hit, and new tires. Rained hard and water leaked through windshield onto top of left side of roof,l visor, and driver's seat soaked. Heater, makes a clicking noise when in use.
