Two problems related to air brake disc rotor have been reported for the 1996 Saturn SL2. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Front rotors warped. Manufacturer replaced with a redesigned model and they warped also.
Rotors wear excessively and need to be replaced every 3-4 months.
