One problem related to front seat belt has been reported for the 1998 Saturn SL2. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Frequently when the front seat belts are buckled they appear to be secured, but are not and come undone. This is the onlu car I have ever driven that you are not locked into your seat belt when you think you are.
