One problem related to front seat head restraint has been reported for the 1998 Saturn SL2. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
I was involved in a rear end collision in April 2002. I was hit from behind while waiting at a red light. The back of my seat collapsed thereby rendering the anti-whiplash head restraint ineffective.
