Hydraulic Power Assist Steering System Problems of Saturn SL2

While driving at normal speed was hearing power steering 'whining'. While turning the wheel to right it did not respond, nor did it turn to the left. Dealer notified.

Fingers bent and twisted index and middle fingers bent towards the baby fingers. Thumbs is bent outward from the hands. Extreme shoulder pain and restricted movement. Both shoulders are painful left arm is very restricted in movement. Can not raise left arm to 90% or cross left arm over chest. Both arms have pain radiating down from the shoulder. Driving at any speed the vehicle will vibrate and make bucking sounds from time to time. The vehicle has been in the shop eight times for different problems. Also, there is a lack of power and grinding noise coming from the vehicle. Tide rod end had to be replaced. In addition, consumer had power steering/ window problems. Repaired vehicle three times, and they can't determine the problem. Vehicle has been in shop eight more times.

Defective fan belt tensioner assembly failed, causing a loss of power steering and abs while making u-turn.
