One problem related to mid/rear seats assembly has been reported for the 1998 Saturn SW2. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Seats collapsed when rear ended while stopped at light--if passenger was in back seat, there is a strong possibility of serious injury. If it's a small child, death from the impact of the collapsing seat could cause death.
