Consumer states he has a rattling noise in the front of his vehicle that the mechanic in the service dept of the dealership refuses to acknowledge. He states the service tech has driven his auto and the noise was heard by him, then got out and they both got out and got into a new car, and the noise was not there, yet the service tech would not acknowlege that there is a problem. The consumer states he has had his auto in for various things nine times since he purchased the auto. Ts.
