Traveling at 65mph the key & key fob fell out of the ignition. I was able to slow down but had lost power steering, power brakes, and the airbags would not have deployed. I was able to get to the shoulder of the road.

I had an accident and my air bags did not deploy, I was injured my face nose & neck, also my key comes out of ignition while vehicle is on.
Involved in a front end collison on highway and airbag failed to deploy. Vehicle repaired but approximately 3 years ago the airbag light came on and stays on. There is also a scraping noise coming out of steering coulmn when turning the wheel. Internet research indicates this is a widely known problem. No recall notice ever sent out by gm.
During an accident in which the front end of the vehicle was heavily damaged, the airbags did not deploy. There was no explanation from the dealership as to why the bags did not deploy.
I was stopped at a stop sign behind another vehicle in my 2004 Saturn Vue when a suburban rear-ended me at approximately 40+ miles per hour. I then hit the SUV that was stopped in front of me - and we both went approximately 100 feet forward from the stop sign. The impact totaled my truck to the point of the rear was crushed to the back seat and the front frame was broken in half with about a 1 inch gap. My issues with the safety are: the drivers side seat broke nearly all the way back into the rear seat to the right with the seat sliding back and forth. The air bags did not deploy - yes, I was originally rear-ended - however the impact to the front was extensive as well. The driver's seat belt did not engage causing me to hit my face and head against the steering wheel causing severe neck pain (a cervical sprain) and a broken nose requiring surgery to repair.
Another car going wrong way on free way struck my vehicle and I ended up striking the median with the front of my car the air bags in my car did not deploy I was driving a 2004 Saturn Vue standard shift vehicle.
When driving at 35 mph another vehicle did not stop at a stop sign. This caused consumer's vehicle to t-bone the other vehicle on the passenger's side. Passenger's side air bag did not deploy directly in the middle of the seat, but air bag deployed towards the left of the seat. Consumer had the vehicle towed to the dealer.
