Body problems of the 2005 Saturn VUE

This is a known problem with these Saturn views it is where the engine carriage bolt attaches to the frame the water from the road in everything shoots right up on it and rust this area where I had to work on this area and remove the bolts in the front there was so much rust that now the bolt cannot be reattached this would cause problems on the road if in a wreck it would fold up now I'm trying to find somebody to fix it. I have never had this issue with any of the cars I have previously worked on. The frame of a car should not rust out like this. Should b the last thing to rust out. The vehicle was stationary at the time was replacing sway bar components.

Was driving to work and we had a lite snow the night before. I hit a slick spot on highway and lost control of the car and hit a telephone poll. The car is now totaled, the front end was completely torn off, drivers seat broke, windshield shattered and was partially on the dash. The airbag did not deploy. This resulted in a head concussion, torn right shoulder and badly bruised knees along with minor cuts to hands and face. The man who towed it away also wondered about this. I'm wondering if there was a recall that I haven't been able to find on my 2005 Saturn Vue?.
