Dome light goes has gone on automatically several times. Twice drained my battery. Never use dome light because I do not drive at night and have never turned it on myself.
Tl the contact owns a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 19v149000 (exterior lighting); however, the parts to do the repair were unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The dealer (#1 cochran Buick GMC of monroeville, 4520 william penn hwy, monroeville, PA 15146, (412) 245-4220) was contacted and confirmed that the parts would not be available for the recall remedy until June 26, 2019. The manufacturer was not notified. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
