Tl- the contact owns 2016 Subaru forrester. The contact stated she took her vehicle tobrattleboro Subaru( 1234 putney rd, brattleboro, vt 05301)to be serviced for an unknown manufacturer recall. The contact stated that upon retrieving the vehicle from the dealer started the vehicle the power steering failed with warning. The contact could not turn the steering wheel left or right and it became very stiff. The vehicle was not taken back to dealer. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and offered to take care of the failure one time free of charge. The manufacturer paid for the repairs. The failure mileage was 51000.
