Tl-the contact owns a 2015 Subaru Forester. The contact state that when a passenger sets in the seat the airbag warning indicator lights illuminated that no one is there. The vehicle at this time is schedule at the dealer (kenny ross Subaru 11299 Lincoln hwy, north huntingdon, PA 15642 (724) 864-5100) for a diagnosed test to be performed on 2/25/2019. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure recurred. While searching recalls NHTSA campaign number: 19v701000(air bags) could possible be a solution to the failure. The manufacturer was contacted and informed the contact would need to schedule for a diagnose test. The failure mileage was approximately 87,000. Ck.

The passenger side seat registers that no one is sitting in the seat and it disables the airbag system. Someone can be sitting in the seat buckled up and then it will randomly pop-up with a warning message that there is an airbag issue and that no one is sitting in the seat.
