No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer and the windshield had gotten replaced. The failure had reoccurred. A crack had appeared in the windshield again in the same area. The vehicle had not been diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and determined that the VIN was not included in a recall.
