Tl- the contact owns a 2020 Subaru wrx. The contact stated that while driving and attempted to slow down to exit the road, the brake did not slow the vehicle. The paramedic came to the scene but did not take the contact to the er due to covid19. However, the contact was told to call the doctor for x-rays. The contact did exactly that. The vehicle was totaled and was towed to a body shop. The contact called the mile I heritage Subaru dealer, located in owings, MD, and was told to call the manufacturer. The contact called the manufacturer and filed a complaint. The failure mileage was 2,100. Fe.
Avoiding a vehicle in blind spot. The vehicle in front of the truck in front of me hit his breaks causing the truck in front of me to hit his breaks, I clip the right front fascia into the left reat coner of the truck. Driver's seatbelt often fails to retract at top, leaving slack, which sometimes wraps itself around the seat adjustment lever. When pulling to adjust belt, lever can abruptly let go, causing loss of control due to driver suddenly losing support of seat. It's happened to me a few times now, always without incident, as I tend to get my seatbelt sorted out before I start driving.
