Car was stationary. A/c was on. Throttle pedal moved down of its own accord resulting in rear-ending the car in front at below 5mph. Likely problem with a/c to throttle linkage.
While driving and coming to a stop engine revved up to 4000. Driver had to put vehicle into park after excessively applying brakes. Dealer has vehicle currently.
