1 Brake Fluid Leak problem

Tl the contact owns a 2006 Subaru Legacy. While driving 25 mph, the vehicle did not decelerate when the brake pedal was depressed. In addition, the brake warning indicator illuminated. An independent mechanic diagnosed that the rear brake line was corroded and leaking brake fluid. The vehicle was not repaired. The dealer was not made aware of the failure. The manufacturer was notified. The failure mileage was 93,000.

2 Brake Fluid Leak problem

Failure Date: 02/13/2018

Tl the contact owns a 2006 Subaru Legacy. While driving low speeds, the brake pedal was depressed; however, the brake pedal lost pressure and the vehicle failed to come to a complete stop. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to grand Subaru (125 w grand Ave, bensonville, IL 60106, (888) 840-3934) where it was diagnosed that three of the brake lines needed to be replaced. The contact stated that two of the brake lines leaked fluid and one was badly corroded. The contact stated that the vehicle was currently at the dealer for repairs.
