The contact owns a 2007 Subaru Legacy. The contact stated that while driving 40 mph, the vehicle began making a humming noise. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection and was diagnosed as a rear wheel bearing failure. The vehicle was not repaired and the manufacturer was made aware of the issue.
