Wheel problem

I had 4,000 miles goodyear eagle ls2 tires when I experienced a sidewalk blowout on the expressway in another state. We had to have it replaced while traveling. The repair shop said it was suspect since there wasn't a foreign object or puncture, it was just the sidewall that blew out. There were no potholes around. Fast forward 5 months and another tire developed a bulge in the sidewall. I happened to notice it when I was at the gas station. Luckily it didn't blow out. I have never experienced any tire ever blowing out or bulging in all the miles I drive. I'm on the road almost every day for my sales job. To me this seems like a quality issue. I still have the second tire if you would like to look at it. The authorized dealer I took it to couldn't be bothered with a warranty issue. There was no damage to my wheel at all and I didn't hit a pothole or road debris.
