Clock spring in steering column is bad. Horn does not work. Driver's side air bag may be inoperable. Condition exists when vehicle is stationary with ignition off and while it is in motion.

Car sways right to left at highway speeds of 55mph or more. Vibration in steering column present at any speed greater than 45mph but worse in 5th and 6th gears of mt. Steering feels unreliable. Car will deviate from intended path. Alignment has been checked, dealer has road force balanced tires and replaced a dampening spring in steering column. No change in either sway or vibration.
